In Turkey, decide on a timetable for ending quarantine related to the coronavirus pandemic. The return to normal life is planned in 4 stages. The revitalization of tourism activities is planned in the second phase, which will last three months.
WHAT HOTELS IN TURKEY WILL OPEN FIRST
The Turkish government has formed a phased timetable for the normalization of economic life. The first stage will begin on May 4: at this stage, subject to certain restrictions, markets, hairdressing salons and shopping centers will start working. At the second stage, which starts on May 27 and will last until August 31, it is planned to gradually remove restrictions on long-distance and international travel, and to open hotels. So, after the end of the month of Ramadan, it is first planned to open transport links within the country, restart domestic tourism. Permission to open will be granted only to those hotels that have "Health certificates" and which will be removed from tourist centers. For example, as explained by Turkish experts, in Antalya these will be hotels not in the city center, but objects in more remote resort villages, such as Belek or Tekirova. According to the new "anti-virus" requirements, the opening "certified" hotels will not have an open buffet, the rules of social distancing must be observed, and personnel must be prepared for the new epidemiological reality. Earlier, the Minister of Tourism and Culture of Turkey Mehmet Ersoy said that "health certificates" will be introduced in the country by the end of May.

INTERNATIONAL AIR COMMUNICATION WILL LAUNCH GRADUALLY

The time frame for the restoration of international air traffic is not specified. The wording sounds like "gradual opening" and only with countries in which there are no new cases of COVID-19. As a reminder, Turkish Airlines called new date for the resumption of international flights based on the recommendations of the Turkish authorities - May 28. Russia is on the list of countries where the Turkish carrier plans to fly.

SEPTEMBER - NO RESTRICTIONS

The third stage begins on September 1 and continues until the end of the year. During this period, schools will open, and all sectors of the economy, including tourism, will work without any restrictions. The fourth stage will begin on January 1, 2021, and at this stage, the Turkish authorities are expecting the emergence of a vaccine against the coronavirus and are counting on the availability of this drug. If the virus disappears by this time or the vaccine appears earlier, then the need for stage 4 will disappear altogether. A source: www.atorus.ru
