Statistics show that by the end of November 2020, Turkey has already managed to break all of its previous annual records for real estate sales.
In the first 11 months of this year, more houses and apartments in Turkey were sold than in the entire last year - 1 million 393 objects (21 percent more than the result of the whole of 2019) worth more than 456 billion lira.
According to market experts' forecasts, real estate sales will be the highest in the last decade, reaching 1,5 million properties by the end of 2020.
